JOIN THE COMMUNITY
Through in-person workshops, embodied practices, and playful learning experiences, Designfulness brings together people exploring new ways of working, leading, and creating.
We are more connected than ever, yet deeply disconnected.
We scroll. We message. We attend meetings.
But how often do we truly feel present?
Modern work keeps us in our heads, productive, overstimulated, and always “on.”
We network, but rarely connect.
Designfulness Connect is a response to that.
A space to pause, move, and experience connection beyond performance.
Pause · Play · Connect
You don’t need to be good at yoga, meditation, or creativity. You just need curiosity, and a willingness to show up as you are.
Designfulness Connect is a monthly in-person gathering for professionals who want to explore communication, creativity, and connection through the body, not just through words.
Each session is device-free and blends mindful movement, playful exploration, and reflection to help you feel grounded, expressive, and genuinely connected.
Every month centers around a living theme shaped by the group.
This is a space to slow down, listen, move, and share what truly matters.
This is for you if:
→ You’re a professional, entrepreneur, or creator craving deeper connection
→ You want to slow down and reconnect with your body
→ You’re curious how presence and play can support creativity and culture
→ You want practical somatic tools for work and life
→ You long for real human connection without pressure or performance
What happens in each monthly session:
Each 2–3 hour gathering explores a living theme through:
• Grounding & Breath
Arrive. Slow down. Reset your nervous system.
• Movement
Gentle embodied practices to release tension and restore presence.
• Playful Exploration
Creative communication inspired by embodied work and LEGO® Serious Play®.
• Open Circle
A space to reflect, share, and listen together.
What you’ll gain:
• A calmer, more grounded start to your month
• Greater confidence expressing yourself from the body, not just the mind
• Meaningful conversations and authentic connections
• A renewed sense of presence, creativity, and safety
