The Designfulness™ Approach

Designfulness™ is grounded in one core belief: how people show up inside shapes how teams perform outside.

Most work happens at the outer level (process, design, conversation). Designfulness™ starts from the inside (body, presence, felt sense), and builds outward from there.

When both levels are addressed together, something shifts:
Ideas emerge naturally.
Decisions get made.
Collaboration generates energy instead of consuming it.

The Designfulness design mark™ is not just a symbol, it is the philosophy made visible. The inner and outer circles, and the space where you meet both, are embedded in the mark itself.

This happens through three integrated practices:

This happens through three integrated practices:

Together they create the conditions for presence, psychological safety, and creative momentum.

Core principles

01

Connection & Psychological Safety

Real collaboration starts with presence. We cultivate environments where people feel safe to be seen and heard, so they can co-create with confidence, curiosity, and care.

03

Integrity & Meaningful Collaboration

We lead with integrity, showing up with honesty, care, and clarity. Collaboration in Designfulness™ is human-centered and intentional, creating impact while honoring energy, goals, and well-being.

02

Embodied Transformation

We bring the body into the process of change. Through mindfulness, movement, and creative play, transformation becomes sustainable, supporting stress regulation, innovation, and clarity from the inside out.

04

Presence & Playful Learning

Learning should feel alive. Our workshops combine mindful design, embodiment, and play-based methods like LEGO® Serious Play®, turning growth into an experience that is memorable, impactful, and fun.

I grew up in Barcelona and moved to Canada in 2014, guided more by curiosity than certainty.

With over ten years of experience in user experience design across telecom, government, finance, and startups., I became deeply curious about what it means to work sustainably, not just efficiently. That inquiry brought me to mindfulness, embodied practice, and the connection between how we show up in our bodies and how we lead and create together. Designfulness™ grew from that place.

I believe human experience, not just methods, is what unlocks meaning in our work together.

Why work with Elisabet?

Most facilitators bring a methodology. I bring the methodology and the ability to read what's actually happening in the room.

With a foundation in Industrial Design Engineering and a Master's in Design and Communication, I have over a decade working inside the organizations I now help, which taught me what gets in the way of even the most talented teams.

The structured side is solid: I hold a Design Thinking Certificate from MIT Sloan, a Design Sprint Masterclass certification from AJ&Smart, and I am a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator. But I'm also trained in Body-Oriented Coaching through The Somatic School, embodied transformation through the Strozzi Institute, and mindful performance through First Water Performance. I've completed 250 hours of yoga teacher training and hold certifications in mindfulness and positive psychology.

That combination, structure and depth, is rare. Most facilitators can hold the structure or hold the space. I hold both. Which means I catch what others miss: the unspoken tension, the energy shift, the person who hasn't spoken yet but has the most to say.

Your team leaves with more than insights. They leave different.
